The registration form below asks for three separate PDF documents. Have a clear, scanned PDF copy of each ready before you start.

  • Valid UAE trade license (PDF)
  • VAT / TRN certificate (PDF)
  • Company profile, brochure or portfolio (PDF)
  • Each document must be a separate PDF file. The same file twice will be rejected
  • Our team may request references, insurance or Chamber of Commerce documents after review

Our procurement team reviews new registrations within 2 business days. If you are shortlisted, we contact you by email or phone to arrange a short evaluation call.
We mainly work with UAE-licensed subcontractors and suppliers. We also register international suppliers of specialty materials and FF&E case by case.
Yes. Email procurements@arcave.ae with your company name and the updated details, and our team will update your vendor record.
Make sure each file is a PDF under 8 MB and that the three files are different. On iPhone, tap Browse and pick the file from Files or iCloud Drive. If it still does not work, email your details and documents to procurements@arcave.ae.
Registration adds you to our approved vendor pool. Project invitations depend on trade category, capacity, location and current project needs.
